Happy Thanksgiving Garland Craft
We have created a Happy Thanksgiving Garland using our images to create a fun Thanksgiving activity. You could also make other words like Happy Friendsgiving, grateful, blessed, and thankful. We chose to color with crayons and use glitter making it a child friendly craft. You can use crayons, colored pencils, or paint. We poked a hole with a pen into the empty space of the letters A and P. If you have younger kids, you can just not cut the holes for the A’s and P’s out. If If you wanted to make it more elegant, you could color everything in gold and add glitter. To make it more durable, you can print it on card stock. You could also glue the images onto poster board. We have the entire alphabet in our craft section! To recreate this garland, print the large leaves, large squirrels, large cornucopias, large acorns, large pumpkins, and large mushrooms pages. The turkey image is located on the coloring pages. This is a fun craft for young and old!

Making Our Garland
While working on our garland, we began by printing out all of the pieces we wanted to include. We choose to print out the letters to say ‘Happy Thanksgiving’ and printed seasonal decorative craft pieces to bring more fall spirit.

Following printing, we then colored all of our pages with cozy autumn colors and added glitter to multiple of our decorative pieces. Once we were happy with the level of detail, we then moved on to cutting out the letters, hole punching them and attaching them to some colored twine.

Once the craft is completed, you can tape it up along walls, countertops, and shelves to have a festive decoration for Thanksgiving. Using our other craft printables, with some creativity and imagination the sky is the limit.
